We started the day with rain rain rain, looked like it was going to be a wet ugly night. But, by the time Steven and Brandon came home, it had cleared up and it turned out to be a perfect night with fog rolling in at the end of our candy rounds.. We went to the O'Connells, (our friends we lived next door to for almost two years when we moved here) so we were able to see some of our old neighbors and the kids had a blast. We had to really talk Preslee into wearing a costume, then we had to convince her to do her makeup, then we had to practically force her to do her hair. She loved her party at school on Thursday, but would not dress up that night for the school carnival. I think she is still trying to figure this out. Brandon didn't make the candy rounds. He was dressed up scary enough that he stood in a flower bed and scared people and kids all night. And he really got some people good. He is kinda at that age, doesn't know what he wants to do. Plus, his friend Cody, was gone to his mom's this year and Brandon would have been the only older one. Here are some pictures.
